In case you did not know, LearnAirbrush.com allows each and every Registered Family Member to have Personal Albums. You can keep your images organized, write captions and get comments from other members right in your profile! Here is how to do it!

In your User CP, look on the left hand side column for Pictures and Albums:

Click the link.

Now you can add as many albums as you would like to organize your images.

1. Choose a Title for your Album.
2. You can add a description to the album if you want.
3. You can choose what type of album. A public album will allow anyone logged in to the site to view your images. Private albums will be visible only to your "friends or contacts" that you manage within the Networking section. The Profile album is there to hold images, backgrounds and other items that you can use to modify your profile, and will not be visible to others to browse.

When you have filled out the options, hit the Submit button.
Now you have an album!!

Let's add some images.

Choose the album that you wish to add images to.

Click the Upload Pictures link in the upper left hand corner.

Now just use the Browse button to find the images on your computer or camera. When you have added all the images that you wish, hit the submit button at the bottom of the form.

Now you can add a caption to your images. By default the file name of the image will appear in the caption box. Also notice that you can choose any image in the album to be your "cover" - the image that will represent that album in your profile.

Click the submit button, and you are done!! Congratulations on your new album!! Your images will show up on the Home page until someone else uploads images.

I have created an album INDEX PAGE (http://www.learnairbrush.com/forums/all_albums.php) so that it is easy to browse other members' albums. The link is on the front page below the album previews. I will eventually add a link to the navigation menus.

ENJOY!!

Di, will the website automatically reduce the pics down to a smaller memory size? I usually take all pics at 6 mega pixels and they end up huge on line.

I would highly recommend resizing them for posting on the web. Here is a tutorial on that:

There are currently no limits on number of albums and number of images.
