Can't attach pic

I can't attach a pic in the LEARNing center under the Belly Gun Support forum.
It posted the text, but no pic.

Wow... just when i think the kinks are nearly worked out. . ..
I have a syntax error somewhere. I will have to ask for help on this issue. I will let you know when it is fixed.

this is just a test post to find out if the forums is processing uploaded images into thumbnails.

Edit: The test failed and the thumbnail is not being produced. The Learning center module uses the same functions as the forum to generate image thumbnails.
