What Can I do?

they are quicktime files. Try opening up quicktime, and then using File--> Open File and navigate to the clips on your desktop (or wherever). That should work. LEt me know.

I get "an error occured inside a plug-in contained on this page" and it shuts down the browser. When trying to view the sneaks. This is with quicktime open. ???

A friend of mine came over and showed me an other way to do it . First right click the file you want to down load and click save target as. Then save it to a folder you can find later. After the download is done find the folder the video file is in then right click on the video. Look for (open with) and click on it you should see a list of files that have a Quick Time file and if you have Real player just choose one of them and click the play button. both worked fo me that way too. MS Media Player does not work at all with these files.
Hope this helps
