I am putting together a new front page and an email blast for the party. Here is the info that will be going out.

The TGIF Party will run from 9am to 6pm MST (our time... heheheh)

EVENT 1:
10 am - 5 pm (total of 8 drawings) - Hourly Drawings will be held for a prize package. MUST BE LOGGED ON to LearnAirbrush.com TO WIN

EVENT 2:
Noon, 1PM, 2PM and 3PM - Panel Swap Names will be drawn. Winners will be posted in a Party Thread.

EVENT 3:
All Day - Scavenger Hunt. Clues will be given at the top of each hour. You will have a form to fill out to enter your answers. Scavenger Hunt Entries must be in by Midnight. Scavenger Hunt Prizes will be posted on Friday.

EVENT 4:
ARCADE TOURNAMENTS will run all Day. Sign up for the tournament of your choice beginning at 7am. Tournament prizes will be posted on Friday.

EVENT 5:
LIVE WEB CAM - Mike will work on a Panel LIVE that will be awarded to a lucky party-goer at the end of the day.

EVENT 6:
CHAT ROOM FOLLIES will go on throughout the day in the Chat Room.

this stinks,I have a day job working for someone now.I would take that day off
when i had my own shop.How about extending the parties into the evening
for those of us members who work and don't work on computers and
can sneak in while they are working.

that's just a suggestion for the next parties so we can give equal opportunity
to member's that aren't around during those hours.
I know there are alot who miss out on all the fun and not just me this time.

Do I have to sit infront the computer all day (not like I'd do much else hehehe) or can I come and go as I please? It looks like to be able to get all of the prizes I need to be on for the entire nine hours.

The object of all the different events is so that there are plenty of chances to win throughout the day. No matter when you are able to attend the party, you will have a chance. If you cant get into chat (for those with blocked access from an office for example), you can participate in the hourly drawings, sign up for an arcade tourney or complete the scavenger hunt. If you can only be on for 2 hours, you will be eligible for 2 drawings, and maybe chat room follies. Anyone who can complete the scavenger hunt by midnight is eligible to win. I feel like I have all the bases covered.

If that is not clear... let me know.

I for one enjoyed today's festivities, the Scavenger Hunt was a good way to wander around the site and I saw a lot of stuff I didn't even know was on here. Luckily I sit all day at the computer so it wasn't hard to stay online all day long. I do work in an office so I was unable to join in any of the chatroom fun, but other than that I had a good time. Thanks for hosting a cool event and I look forward to another one soon. :fing02:

I will say though the first few questions of the hunt were hard as hell. I still have no idea what #3 is. Obviously I know the reference, but I was unable to find anything related anywhere, I'll just keep looking! Thanks again Mike and Diana.
