Hi,
My parents ordered a richpen moflo on march 15 with expadited (1-3 days) shipping. It is now 3/24 and I still have not recieved it. I don't know whats happening but I contacted Diana and I called the airbrush E-store hotline. Still nothing!
PLEASE HELP!

c'mon now. You dont seriously think they would do that do ya? Thats kind of insulting to me even.
Remember Mike hand tunes all the brushes. And the store is not thier full-time gig. Mike and Diana wear many hats. PM Head Roller She will take care of you.

Pmed her a few days ago... I know she's been on... hasn't replied yet...
I'm just a little confused is all... are the moflo's out of stock? If they are why didn't someone comunicate this to us?

PM her again. Sometimes they can go unread when you get a ton of them. Have you checked your spam filter to see if maybe an email from them was caught in it?
Im have no idea what the issue is, But im sure as soon as Di is aware she will take care of it.

MoFlos were out of stock. Your order should ship Mon or Tues.
