In our continuing efforts to provide the most timely and relevant help for artists of all levels and mediums, LearnAirbrush.com is PROUD to announce our newest program, LIVE ON-LINE CLASSES! Beginning Thursday, June 1, you can get LIVE help or come in and "listen" as others bring in current projects.

Class schedules are posted in the Calendar Section http://www.learnairbrush.com/forums/calendar.php? and classes themselves will be held in the CHAT ROOM.
http://client1.sigmachat.com/sc.pl?id=117102

We are starting instruction with Airbrush Technique, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and PhotoShop classes, as that is what i have had the most request for. We will, however, expand the curriculum to include any computer programs, general business discussions, marketing and of course painting and drawing instruction as well. We will rely on participation and requests to set class dates and times. Please feel free to let us know what you want to learn, and at what time. I am willing and able to hold classes just about any time of day. Paint and materials, things that require the web cam, will need to be well organized and during the times when Mike and/or Krash are at the shop.

ON-LINE classes are available to ANY LearnAirbrush.com Registered User, and Registration is FREE.

Those people who have paid memberships will have access to class transcripts, files and how tos that result from discussion, but ALL REGISTERED USERS are WELCOMED and ENCOURAGED to attend.

We encourage you to come to class with specific questions and even a specific project you may be working on. The goal is to provide you with the help you need, when you need it.

CHECK THE CALENDAR!!!! HOPE TO SEE YOU IN CLASS!.

We only stopped doing it because there was not enough interest.
I have always been willing to restart the program if it were to prove to be worth it.

Add my name to interest to restart it Di

Yes, I'd be interested too. How would it work?
We could pay a small fee for each lesson or maybe a block of five and attend which ever class/classes interested us. Or you could ask peeps to pay a little beforehand as a deposit, then a little at the start of the class. That way you'd roughly know how many to expect and if it's worth doing. This also shows that people are serious about coming.
I'm sure Di will have it all sorted out to a high standard and in hand - as ever.

the ones that were done before i was very able to attend man, like you all i have is dial up as well, they were very too, Mike painted on the web cam while Diana typed what he was doing and why, then after a bit Mike would type as well splainin stuff he did and why. the last one they did was a portrait of Micha and i had to work nights during the whole project, but it was why cool, how to mix skin tones and lighting was what i got out of it! it was also cool cause he went form drawing to vector to paint, man i miss them days! :em3700:

I'd be interested, but I'm afraid I'd miss alot. I do dialysis treatments on Monday, Weds, & Friday nights, leave around 3:30 and often don't get home until 10:00pm.

I think it would be great, but only if everyone can get involved. I mean, if you can't participate because of your job or health issues or living in another country for that matter, it just isn't fair, that's not what this community is about. Maybe we can do different schedule's so everyone can be involved.or even do re-runs I mean, I know what it's like to miss out and I'll tell ya it sucks big time.

The logistics of the program was always the problem. I have no problem holding the classes, but there has to be enough people to make it worth the time and effort it takes. I have considered other options, but there is practically no way to make a LIVE interaction class available to meet everyone's time needs. I am open to suggestions!!

I am not sure if this will help but at work we use a program or service called go to webinar and anything on the screen goes out and it can be recorded with there service. This way it could be saved fro people to view later not sure if this helps but a thought I would have the same time issues being in the UK
