No response from rolling chrome

Around 2 weeks ago I emailed AND called the rolling chrome store in regards to an exchange/return. They have made no efort to ever reply to my inquireys. Whats going on?

also keep in mind they dont have a huge staff.. its just them and filmroller handling everything....keep on em ..they'll get to ya....
