And the vinyl kits, you can add one for 5 bucks when you buy the first one or do you have to have the dvds?

With the Direct Delivery option, you will be given a link to download the file for the template. You will get nothing in the mail. The files are completely editable, and looks like the example shown with each product.

The DIY Kit contains a CD with the same set of files, AND you also receive the material to cut your own HAND HELD stencils. . . these are stiff, stand alone and reusable.

Vinyl Kits are intended primarliy for the Belly Guns Poses and for the Compusition style masks that you would want cut from vinyl for a single application.
