another art gallery prob.

OK I'll admit I'm not the brightest computer guy on the web! I can't seem to get into the art gallery' it wouldn't be that big of a deal but I want to see the skull under the green cloth, I went to log on and it tells me to log on again. like what Edkrupp's art gallery question, (at least I looked to see if any body else had the same prob.) anyway he was told to set his cookies to medium?I looked at my "tools" and I figured out that I don't have a clue what you guys are talking about. I just want to look at pictures....help me please. I MAYBE STUPID BUT I CAN LIFT HEAVY THINGS!

You need to make sure that you are accepting cookies, make sure that the "download images" button is checked and make sure that you do not have norton or macafee virus protection enabled. Most of those settings can be found in the preference panel of your browser. Also, if you are using Internet Explorer, you will have more problems than with other browsers.

I'm running FireFox just like you guys suggested and i love it, it's a lot easier for me. I do have Norton it's on my computer, so I need to take it off? do I do that in the control panel right?

Go to tools / options / check load images and from originanting site only.

You will have to shut off "from originanting site only" to view other links.

Thanks Ed that didn't work ether I'm going to call a computer guy to come in and fix it today. I want to see that green picture I'm painting a skull with a bandanna and I want to see how to do the high lights and shadows. would it be possible for some one to bring it up and put it on this thread?

your not the only one Shane. I can't get it to work either. I login and it tells me I have to be logged in to view the pictures. no matter how many times I log in I get the same error message. Does it whether I use IE or Firefox

Somthing happened. I just checked to see if I can get into the gallery. and,it's doin it to me again. I can't log in and when I go back to the home page, I'm logged out.

I don't know what I did. But I did it.

Thanks guys I thought I was loosing it must be on there end I called my computer guy had me try several things and nothing happened so he's coming over later to day.

I am going to move this issue up on teh priority list. . .it obviously needs to be thoroughly troubleshooted...... troubleshot...... handled.
