I have noticed recently that the webcam doesn't stay on like it use to. I can sit and watch about five minutes then the graphic for the MOJO painting a skull appears. I can only get out of this graphic if I refresh the screen.
Is this new? If it is, what is the reason for the permanment time out? If you have announced this simply point me in the right direction so I can read it. Thanks.

even when we are actively watching? is there a way to recall the session without a refresh (ie, mouse movement)

Well, i'm glad to know it wasn't my system causing this problem. I will say this.....I can only assume this was done for bandwidth reasons, and while I understand that from your business standpoint, I will say from a viewers standpoint its sooooo frustrating to deal with that its almost not worth it to try and watch the webcam anymore. The cam shuts off and seems to need refreshing about every 2-3 minutes, and about 80% of the time it doesn't load back up for me....and when it does, its the smaller version than the one I was viewing....so I have to click the larger size and wait for a second refresh....so I seem to spend all my time clicking the refresh button or the screen size button tryin to get it to work again.....most of the time it wont' give me the larger picture to watch for some reason or another.....the last two days i've just given trying to watch after a few minutes of this.
Like I said earlier, I fully understand bandwidth issues and can only assume thats the reason for this change, I hope you guys can adjust it to be more viewer friendly......maybe extend the viewer time to 5-10-15 minutes before it shuts down and needs refreshing.....I could deal with that....but the every two or three minute deal is just too quick in my opinion. Specially when ya refresh the screen and then find ya need to readjust the screen size again so your waiting for a second refresh....in the mean time whatever we were watching has long since gone onto something else. I hope ya get the bugs worked out.

Just hit the back button on your browser....no biggie. Better than no cam at all.

I have since figured out that by just clicking on one of the sizes of webcam that it'll refresh the cam but not the whole webpage making the whole ordeal much less painful....not to mention a heck of alot quicker.

I would still lobby for a longer viewing time. Granted I do a lot of my viewing while I am doing my work.. so it becomes a hassle clicking on that window to bring it to the forefront, and deal with the refreshing issue then reembed the window so I can continue doin my work... It is a lot of work (especially when one is trying to do it on the sly side) I know it is a huge personal situation, but I have a feeling there is a lot more ppl like me watching then all would think.

Yeah i agree the timeout issue sux.. i keep getting so frustrated so i stop watching. I could see a 15 minute timeout or 30 minute but the 3-5 minute timeout is more bothersome than anything..
