View Full Version : MY MOJO ORDER QUESTION?

Ok im kinda irritated... I e-mailed mikelearn on wednesday because i ordered an airbrush last sunday. I never recieved a confirmation of the order so i wanted a confirmation because i wanted to be sure that is on order - i also was hoping that i would have had it by friday being it got shipped 2-3day delivery. I hear that others have all ready recieved there ab's that they ordered. I am just wondering what is going on and why i never recieved a responce from my e-mail from a few days ago? I didnt want to post it here but the e-mail didnt work.

I placed my order last friday at 1pm and I still have not received a shipping confirmation either. They were hit pretty hard with orders last week. Im sure they are working on it. HR said yesterday there were a handfull of orders still to go out. (I think today) Im betting both of ours are in that handfull :) I Hope.

I would suggest giving Diana a PM. I know the Richpen order was late arriving, then Mike had to do the mods. They shipped a bunch Thursday and I believe more today.

I have never gotten an email from you. Dani handles all the postage. She is out of office today. No one is answering phones. We are back ordered. Awaiting the arrivals from Bear Air. Hang in there man. We processed about 100 orders last week. Im sure Diana will be chiming in.
